Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before arrival: Full refund minus administration fee. Cancellations made 4-8 weeks before arrival: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before arrival: No refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. House Rules

• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests stated in the booking
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the villa
• Events and parties must be pre-approved
• Guests must respect quiet hours (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

5. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required and will be returned within 14 days of departure, subject to inspection of the property. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit.

6. Liability

Villa Panorama accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
